Pikos Group Breaks Ground on $620M Gaia Riverfront Development in Kangaroo Point

Pikos Group has commenced construction on Gaia by Pikos, a $620 million luxury riverfront residential development in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane.

Located on a rare Brisbane River site just moments from the CBD, Gaia will deliver two residential towers surrounded by more than 4,200sqm of private riverfront parkland and resident amenities, creating a new benchmark for riverfront apartment living in Brisbane.

Designed by acclaimed architecture studio DKO, Gaia’s two residential towers have been carefully positioned to maximise sweeping views across the Brisbane River, New Farm and Brisbane CBD.
